Aeras Networks provides a range of pre-sale, installation and post-sale support options for wireless network operators. Support ranges from 24 x 7 enhanced coverage to standard coverage available from 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST Monday through Friday. Customized support packages are available based on each operator's specific requirements. For service issues, Aeras guarantees a response time of less than one hour, but most responses normally come within five minutes. Advance overnight replacements are also available, to ensure maximum network uptime.

Installation

Installation support is a key component of Aeras' service offering. A wide range of pre-network deployment services includes site surveys, network design service, equipment installation and turn-up, and network performance optimization.

Product Training

Aeras also provides support to communication equipment providers and systems integrators through product training. Aeras works closely with first-line channel sales and support organizations to insure that they have the necessary skills and specific product knowledge to assist their customers with installation, management and other network support requirements. Aeras can design and develop custom training courses to meet the most demanding customer needs.
